Iza and her husband rescued Miss Brigid and gave her a new home in Los Angeles, CA - USA. Iza says two-and-a-half year old / 145 pound Miss Brigid is a gentle giant and she and her youngest daughter are inseparable.

Here is a "most excellent " pair of fourteen-week old Landseer pups who do not spend much time apart...

Bill and Ted live with Lisa & family in Johnstown, PA. Lisa tells us that they adopted Ted and loved him so much they went back for his brother four weeks later.

On the subject of Landseer pups This is Coopie Doll (Cooper) from Somerset, Pennsylvania.

Terri & Steve tell us that Cooper lives with Hera, a black two year old Newfoundland, Gunner, a brown Newf pup and two English Bulldogs.

Cooper is pictured here at almost nine weeks old. Terri & Steve say they will begin training her to get her water dog title as soon as she is old enough.

Newfoundlands from Newfoundland!

Smokey Bear and Kelly (front) were both bred in Newfoundland and live in Conception Bay North, Newfoundland, Canada.

Karen says Smokey loves his toys and is rarely without one and Kelly is very lovable - always after a hug.

These two enjoy driving in the car, running in the woods and, of course, swimming.

Donna writes...

This is Hans and myself. Hans passed away 2 years ago but celebrated his life helping others. I lived in Harrison, Oh, when I brought this bundle of joy into my life. I was a member of Tri-State Search & Rescue, out of Cincinnati, Oh, and when Hans turned 1 year of age, he became my partner. Hans was trained and performed well in water rescue and water & land cadaver work. When Hans turned 3, in this picture, we joined the Cleves Fire Department and Hans continued his civil service until his death in 2005. I miss him terribly and so do the many people who's lives he touched.

Now we're back home again, for us anyway...

This is Harry, a relative of our Henry. Harry's Dad is Henry's Grandad, although Harry is six months younger than Henry...work that one out!

Harry lives with Steve & Fiona in Christchurch New Zealand. They tell us that Harry seems to like cats and thinks he has green fingers when it comes to gardening.
