This is Gus, a four and a half year old Landseer with his sister Emma, a nine year old yellow lab. Gus lives with Jordana, Chris & Emma in Locust Valley (Long Island) New York.

Gus loves to swim, play in the snow, have playdates with friends and drool. Jordana says Gus always seems to steal the show, drawing a crowd of admirers wherever he goes and he just LOVES the attention!

 

 

While we are on attention, Mike & Monica from Sao Paulo in Brazil say their Newf Koda loves the attention he gets from his family.

Mike & Monica tell us that their two year old gentle giant is 63 kilos & loves to rip and romp, swim and jump.

 

 

Adriane from Vermont, USA tells us she has a large family of Newfoundlands.

This litter of Newfoundland puppies is just six weeks old.

 

 

 

 

This charming guy is Bilbo from South Africa who lives with Beatriz and another Newf called Cleo.

 

 

Hank and Annie from Chandler, Arizona, pictured here at 15 months old are really into football as you can see. In fact, Mum Kim, tells us Hank is the mascot for the local team and he even wears a jersey!

Kim also says Hank and Annie are the best dogs ever and they love the boys Gaige 7 Kaden who are 10 & 8.

 

 

 

Kimo is a ten- year- old brown male who lives with Joe, NJ and a grey Newfy sister, Dolly who is almost four. The family live in Ohio.

Joe tells us that Kimo was adopted at seven years old.

 

Jethro was born October 23rd 2006 and lives with six kids and a six year old Golden Retriever in Michigan.

Tammy tells us that he is the best addition their family could have.

 

 

 

 

Higgins lives in Dana Point California with Scott who says Higgins was four months old when this pic was taken.

we understand that Higgins is now 133 lbs and very playful.

Reilly (Windsong Borodin) spent most of his life in South Otago, South Island, New Zealand, with 'Mum' Karen. They moved to Thames in the North Island, where Reilly spent his last three years. Karen tells us that Reilly lost his battle with cancer when he was eleven years and two months old, a pretty good age for a Newf. Reilly is pictured here on his tenth birthday.

Reilly loved rides in the back of the ute & we're sure he drew a lot of attention on the road!

Karen has also had a black Newf, but she is currently "Goofless" as she terms being without a Newf.

This is three year old Fozzie-Bear from Easton, Maryland pictured at Assateague Island National Seashore in Maryland, on the Atlantic Coast.

Dave tells us Fozzie-Bear is a 170 lb female Newf, the biggest female Newf her vet has ever seen. She is much larger than any female Newf we have seen too. Dave measures Fozzie-Bear standing at 31" (78.7 cm) high!

 

 

The Gonzalez family in Cranston, Rhode Island, rescued five year old Chase in December '96. They say he is a very loving boy and now they can't picture their lives without him

 

 

 

Maddy lives with her family in Pennsylvania, USA.

Sandy tells us that she is pictured here at two-and-a-half years old, weighing in at 88lbs.

Here Maddy is posing with Sandy's daughter in the yard on a bright sunny day.

 

 

Back in New Zealand someone else is enjoying the sunshine. You probably won't recognise this dude as he has his shades on.
