INTRO.
This section is clearly unrelated to art. The content began when we used our website to easily access favourite photos of 'Wellington' our Newfoundland dog. After a while the page, which was well hidden from our art content, became searchable in its own right and a significant number of Newfy enthusiasts began to visit us. From there we decided to make Wellington's photo page into a Q&A about Newfoundlands, providing answers to the questions we would inevitably be asked every time we were out on a walk.
Other people with Newfies began to send us their photos, and we instigated a section just for them, which you'll find under 'Newfoundlands around the world'.
When Newfoundland puppy 'Henry' joined our family in 2006 we decided to document his life as a photographic story, often featuring our local and stunning New Zealand Alpine vistas.
As we have received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback, we have now made our Newfy section easily accessible to all of our site visitors.
